1. Data we collect
Account data: email, name/last name (if provided), internal identifiers.
Profile data: phone number (if added), basic preferences.
User content: listings (text, photos, price, vehicle details), chat messages.
Technical data: approximate IP, browser/device info, cookies/local storage (depending on settings).
2. How we use data
To create and manage your account.
To display listings, enable chat, and improve the Service experience.
For fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
To process payments for paid features (e.g., credits) via a third-party provider.
3. Payments (Stripe or other provider)
If you pay, the provider (e.g., Stripe) processes payment data. We do not store full card details.
We may store technical identifiers (e.g., customer ID / session ID) to link payments to your account.
4. Sharing of data
With vendors needed to run the Service (hosting, database, email, payments).
With authorities if required by law or to respond to valid legal requests.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention & deletion
We retain data as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations.
You may request account deletion; some data may be retained for legal/security reasons.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
Use a strong password and do not share your account access.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data depending on applicable laws.
You can withdraw consent where applicable (e.g., marketing, if any).

9. Legal basis
We process data to perform the contract (account, listings and chat features), for legitimate interests (security/anti-fraud), and to comply with legal obligations when required.
Where processing relies on consent (for example, optional cookies), you may withdraw that consent at any time.
10. International transfers
If providers outside the EEA are used, appropriate safeguards are applied (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by law.
11. Data protection rights
Depending on applicable law, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain: AEPD).
12. Children
The Service is not intended for minors without legally required authorization. If unlawful processing is detected, related account/data may be removed.
