Terms of Use

DriveHub Spain is a marketplace for posting and discovering vehicle listings in Spain.

You need an account to post listings or use the chat.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for your listing content (title, description, photos, pricing, vehicle details, etc.).

Do not post illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.

We may moderate, hide, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Chat is provided to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee other users’ behavior. Use caution and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive data.

We may restrict chat access in case of abuse, spam, or violations.

Some features (e.g., extra listings or credit packs) may require payment.

Dealer packages are currently offered as one-time payments: they activate dealer access for 30 days and add the included credits to the account balance.

Unless expressly stated on the payment screen, there is no automatic renewal.

Payments may be processed by a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe).

After a successful payment, access/credits are granted according to the Service rules.

In cases of fraud, abuse, or chargebacks, we may suspend accounts and/or revoke benefits where possible.

The Service, its design, and code are owned by DriveHub Spain or its licensors.

You retain rights to your content, but grant us a license to display it within the Service (e.g., to show your listing).

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance or outages may occur).

DriveHub Spain is a listings platform and is not a party to transactions between users.

We do not automatically verify every listing’s accuracy or every user’s identity.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from user-to-user transactions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Professional sellers must provide accurate business information and comply with applicable consumer rules.

When a seller is a professional, they are responsible for disclosing sale conditions, warranties and other mandatory legal information.

Listing order may depend on recency, filters, listing quality and paid promotion (for example, TOP/boost).

When a listing is paid-promoted, this status should be visibly indicated in the interface.

Users may report allegedly illegal or fraudulent content through our support channels.

We apply reasonable review and moderation measures in line with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish and EU law.

Disputes are handled by competent jurisdiction in Spain unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
